PERSONAL CARE

Different Care provide full personal care services. These include:-

• Assistance in and out of bed
• Showering/bathing and full wash and bed baths
• Dressing and undressing making sure the service user has chosen their own clothing.
• Assistance with shaving
• Assistance with all aspects of continence to help to the toilet, catheter emptying, changing stoma bags, emptying commodes and changing and disposing of pads
• Assistance with hair and oral care
• Assistance with mobility

Different Care staff are fully trained with Moving and Handling of People so we can assist with hoists etc.
